Catch & Cook: Black Sea Bass CEVICHE 🎣 Ceviche is simple yet always impressive. Instead of heat, citrus juice does the “cooking” so be aware of how long you marinade. In my opinion anywhere between 10 minutes to 1 hour is ideal, beyond 2 hours and the fish is overcooked. Fresh seafood, red onion, jalapeño, S&P, citrus, and cilantro is a good place to start, but ceviche is completely customizable. I like to add tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and passionfruit. Ceviche is one of those recipes that I
