THE BLUE WAVE HAS ARRIVED The MV Blue Wave Harmony arrived in Port of Spain just around 9 a.m. today, according to Minister of Works and Infrastructure Jearlean John. The vessel will service the inter-island seabridge, replacing the MV Cabo Star.
