Dry January… I like to make pros and cons lists. Divide a page into two columns. Column A would be the “benefits of drinking“ and column B would be “who/what suffers when I drink“. Don’t spend a lot of time writing just whatever comes into your mind. Just throw it down into those two columns. Notice anything?
