Intel has announced the Core Ultra 200S Plus series, its fastest desktop gaming CPUs ever, with up to 15% gaming gains and prices from $199.
With up to 24 cores and 5.5GHz clock speeds, the Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus and Ultra 5 250K Plus are set to rival AMD's 9700X and 9600X.
The new Core Ultra 5 250K Plus starts at $199, while the beefier Core Ultra 7 270K Plus trim will set you back by $299. They will be up for grabs later this month.
